Terms and Conditions
We operate a strict NO SMOKING policy in all of our rooms and communal areas. A £100 charge will be levied to any guest found smoking to cover cleaning costs.
A room booking may be cancelled without charge, provided we receive notice before 10am on the day before the expected day of arrival. For notice less than this, we will endeavour to re-let the room and if we do a charge will not be made. However, in the event the room is not filled, you will be charged for the first night’s accommodation.
Payment will be requested from your designated credit card on the day of arrival.
Any items damaged or removed from the rooms will be chargeable. We would be very grateful if you could bring to our attention any items which you find to be broken or not functioning correctly. An inventory can be found within the limes welcome brochure.
Items consumed from the minibar and not paid for in cash will be charged to your credit card.
In the interests of courtesy we ask that our guests keep noise levels to a minimum particularly after 11pm.
As we currently have no dining facilities we understand that guests may wish to bring take-away food into the rooms. We ask that care be taken to avoid spillage. Any extra cleaning to remove stains will be chargeable.
Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle, The Limes cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
